THE STEPS INTO YUVA

How we started

Survey & Launch

The Yuva initiative by the District Administration, Dhamtari began with a simple idea — to understand the needs, interests, and aspirations of local youth.Based on feedback, 10+ courses were launched, including Photography, AI, Digital Marketing, Cooking & Baking, and Cyber Security Etc.

Course Launch & Training

The Yuva team identified the most in-demand skills and launched 10+ specialized courses for youth, Yuva transformed from a survey-based initiative into a hands-on skill development program, empowering young people to pursue their passions and build sustainable careers.

Job Fair & Placement

The results have been inspiring: youth started their own businesses, such as photography stalls and food ventures, while others secured jobs in Jaipur & Noida local companies, or freelance opportunities. Yuva has transformed aspirations into skills, and skills into livelihoods, empowering youth to be self-reliant and future-ready.
