Pahal Co-Working Space
Pahal Co-Working Space has emerged as an important platform for startup networking, community interaction and entrepreneurship activities in Dhamtari.
It has also hosted Startup Dhamtari meetups, bringing founders, students and aspiring entrepreneurs together in a collaborative environment.
Nagri Tribal Co-Working Space
The ecosystem has also expanded towards Nagri through a dedicated Tribal Co-Working Space with 20 seats and 10 computers.
This decentralised infrastructure aims to provide young people beyond the district headquarters with access to workspace, computers and an environment conducive to learning, collaboration and entrepreneurship.
Startup Meetup Dhamtari: Connecting Ideas with Experience
On 23 June 2026, Startup Dhamtari organised a major Startup Meetup at Pahal Co-Working Space, Dhamtari.
The event witnessed participation from 50+ startups, students and entrepreneurs. The programme was conducted under the guidance of Collector Abinash Mishra and focused on innovation, entrepreneurship and creating employment opportunities.

The interaction featured entrepreneur and angel investor Prabal Tomar, Co-Founder of Prithu, who engaged with participants on startup fundamentals, business models, investment readiness, market requirements and entrepreneurial thinking.
The event encouraged young people to move beyond simply seeking employment and consider the possibility of creating employment through entrepreneurship.
Techstars Startup Weekend: Bringing a Global Startup Format to Dhamtari
One of the most significant milestones in the journey was Techstars Startup Weekend Dhamtari, organised from 28–30 November 2025.
The event brought the internationally recognised Techstars Startup Weekend format to Dhamtari and created an intensive 54-hour environment in which participants could transform ideas into potential startup ventures.

According to the public LinkedIn post by Collector Abinash Mishra, the programme received 1,739 applications, from which the top 100 participants were selected through a multi-stage process, with representation from all 33 districts of Chhattisgarh.

The next important milestone was the TiE Raipur Founders Monsoon Retreat 2026, held on 16 August 2026 at Gangrel, Dhamtari.
The retreat was organised in collaboration with TiE Raipur, District Administration Dhamtari, Startup Chhattisgarh and the wider entrepreneurial ecosystem.
